Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of receiving the product. If the item is returned unopened in its original sealed packaging, we will exchange it, offer store credit, or issue a refund to your original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the RMA being issued. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, short or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and no later than 30 days from the ship date. We will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee. Items that become defective after use are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we are happy to help you start a warranty claim.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
- Products sold "as is" or "used," or that have been opened, installed or used after receipt.
- Firearms, once transferred to the buyer.
- Ammunition. All ammunition sales are final.
NOTE: We recommend using a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insuring your package or declaring its full value so you are protected if it is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a tracked carrier and insure or declare the full value, you will be responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking and requires a 30-day waiting period before it will begin a trace. Except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on refused shipments.
AMMUNITION
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition ships ground, with an adult signature required where the law calls for it, including all Colorado orders. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm, and check your local laws for any other regulations.
All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
All ammunition sales comply with local and state laws. We cannot ship ammunition to AK, CA, DC, HI, MA, NY, New York City, US territories, or PO boxes.
