This website is operated by Todd & Co. Armament LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Todd HQ (“Todd HQ,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through toddhq.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), the products or brands you’re interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies. This policy covers toddhq.com. Our online store at shop.toddhq.com is hosted and operated by Gearfire, and Gearfire’s own privacy policy (https://shop.toddhq.com/policies/privacy-policy) also applies when you use the store. Gearfire uses cookies needed for the cart, checkout and account login, and may also use analytics, advertising and targeting cookies and share information with advertising partners, as described in its policy. You can limit these cookies through your browser settings. Todd HQ does not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies on toddhq.com.
Online store. When you place an order at shop.toddhq.com, we collect the information needed to process, ship and support it, such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, order history, and any age or eligibility confirmation required for certain products. Payments are processed by Gearfire Payments through the Fortis payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and product requests, and to provide quotes and availability.
- To process, ship and support your orders, including verifying eligibility for restricted products and complying with federal, state and local law.
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site, and to prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
- To send you marketing emails only if you ask to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Todd HQ does not share your information with others for their own marketing. Our store platform’s practices are described in Gearfire’s privacy policy.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and who are permitted to use it only on our behalf, for example:
- Our website host and form-handling provider (which receives contact form submissions).
- Our email provider.
- With service providers who help us run the store and fill orders: our e-commerce platform (Gearfire), our payment processors (Gearfire Payments and Fortis), shipping carriers, and the distributors that ship some orders directly to you, such as Lipsey’s and MGE Wholesale. They receive only what they need to fill and deliver your order. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena or other legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of Todd HQ, our customers or others; or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Order records will be kept as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@toddhq.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity and may keep certain information where the law requires it.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to manufacturers’ or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.
